No one can be free unless he is independent: therefore, the first active manifestations of the child’s individual liberty must be guided that through this activity he may arrive at independence.

This week we took our borax crystal snowflakes out of their solutions and brought them home. Hopefully they are hanging in bedrooms all over the capital district. J
We also made an AMAZING and very impressive looking salt crystal garden. Unfortuantely, our attempt at epsom salt crystals were not as successful… oh well, we’ll continue to sear ch for a better “recipe.”
Also this week we were busy preparing for Valentine’s Day on Monday. We made a special something for a special someone in our lives. J And we made our bags to receive our valentine cards on Monday.
Just a reminder: we go outside everyday (temperature permitting) — please make sure your child has
warm coat, snowpants, snow boots, water-proof mittens & a hat
to wear to play in.
Don’t forget that on Monday February 14, your child should bring in 21 valentine’s cards to exchange with his/her classmates. If you have any questions about our gathering please do not hesitate to ask.
As always, if you should have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at 283.5400 or email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org . We will get back to you as soon as possible. !
