Tuition & Fees
Tuition is set annually by the Board of Trustees. The tuition for the 2012-2013 school year is:
Toddler Program
Five mornings, $5,750
Four mornings, $5,250
Three mornings, $4,800
Primary, ages 3 -Kindergarten: $10,700
Lower Elementary, grades 1-3 $11,000
Upper Elementary, grades 4-6 $11,300, required activity fee $300
Middle School, grades 7-8 $11,950, required activity fee $300
New Family Matriculation Fee $500
Application Fee $50 (each new student)
Before and after school care is available to all our students for an additional fee on any day school is in session. Children in these programs enjoy a wide range of activities- art projects, cooking, games, sports and outdoor play. The school care program runs from 7:30-8:20 a.m. and 2:50-6 p.m. The fee schedule for the school care program is:
5 days a week $2,600
4 days a week $2,450
3 days a week $2,190
5 days a week until 4 pm $1,850

The Enrichment Program is available for Woodland Students on days when children are not in school. It is staffed by our wonderful school care teachers. The day and schedule are guided by a variety of seasonal themes and activities. Enrichment hours are 7:30am-6:00pm. The fee per child, per day is:

Tuition Refund Program
Woodland Hill Montessori School has partnered with A.W.G. Dewar Insurance Agency to provide families with a program designed to minimize the financial impact on a family when a student is forced to withdraw for medical, personal, or academic reasons. This program helps families protect against unforeseen occurrences which might prevent their child from completing the school year. Depending upon the circumstances for withdrawal, partial tuition refunds are granted to those who participate in this program. An additional fee is required to participate in this program.
