Cora Heiser – Middle School Teacher
Cora Heiser completed her undergraduate course work at the State University of New York at Cortland, where she earned a B.A. and New York State teacher certification in adolescent Social Studies education 7-12. She also holds a B.S. in Education from the University at Albany. She is currently working to fulfill her requirements for Adolescent Montessori Teacher certification. Cora joined the WHMS faculty in 2006 as the Middle School Head Teacher.
Theresa Cunningham - Middle School Assistant Teacher
Terry’s experience includes teaching Language Arts teacher, journalism, speech and drama in public schools. She has also taught extended studies at Columbia College.
Leah Blind - Middle School Science Teacher
Leah Blind holds a B.S. in Biology from Bucknell University and a M.S. in Environmental Science and Policy from Johns Hopkins University. She taught 7th and 8th grade science in Maryland for five years and is currently certified to teach secondary science in New York State.
