WHMS Hosts longtime educator and bully-prevention expert Jim Dillon - WTEN

At Woodland Hill Montessori School, parents got the opportunity to become the students thanks to a visit from Bullying Prevention Expert Jim Dillon.
A longtime principal in Guilderland, Dillon hosted a parent education workshop called “Promoting Leadership in your Child.”
The workshop served as a crash course in preventing bullying by creating mini leaders. Dillon has published multiple books on the topic of bullying prevention and re-framing the conversation.
Attendees received strategies and techniques on how they can instill leadership qualities in their students.
